This week we have been working in the autonomous part of the tetrahedron challenge. We completed the part of the challenge that you had to use the remote for and we are working on the autonomous now. Next we are doing the ball challenge.
The competition that we reconfigured our robot for is picking op a racket ball and dropping it into a piece of pvc pipe that is about one and a half feet tall. We built the robot with the new end used to pick up the ball in solid works.
This week we finished our objective to put two tetrahedrons on a PVC pipe in 60 seconds. We put two tetrahedrons on the top and we got a hundred for the challenge.
This week what we got accomplished was the addition of the arm to our robot. The challenge that we are working on now is putting a tetrahedron on top of the PVC stand.
this week our objective is to program our robot to move around 3 chairs with coding it and we have to show it to our teacher. we are also building our robot in solid works.
This week we finished up our claw bot and now we have to program it to a dual joystick controller. we have to finish making the claw and then out robot will be complete.
So far this week we have made progressions on claw bot which we are naming BD911. At this time we have the base frame created. We also have the first motor attached to the wheel and we are working on getting the second one done by the end of today.
This week our objective was to finish organizing our cart and getting all the materials we need. Now were going to be working on a basic claw bot base. We will be building the robot and then testing it until it works perfectly. Then we will be bringing it to our instructor and demonstrating it in practice.
Now that we have finished earning our badges, we have started working on the robots. The first step was to take apart the old robot for parts and to organize our work cart. We hope to finish that quickly so we can start building this week.
This week we were working on collecting badges in ROBOTC in the beginning of the week we had around 5 badges and our goal was to collect 30. at the end of the week we finished collecting 30 badges throughout all the different programs and we finished working with ROBOTC.
We have been learning more and more about the virtual worlds program over the past week. Our group has been working steadily to earning badges and getting better at the writing code to complete challenges. We each work on a separate level and try to get as many badges as possible. The end goal is to have earned 30 badges.
We are working in ROBOTC and our objective has change instead of every person in the group trying to gather 30 badges the whole group together needs to collect 30. We are just starting with RIBOTC and still learning to get badges.
This week we are learning to code robots on robotic robot virtual worlds - Vex.
This week we are trying to program robots on this app and to earn as many badges as we can.
In the App we are programming robots to do certain tasks and of we complete the task we earn badges we are trying to gather as many badges as possible,
We are working on power points for different sections of robotic that we will be using we also are getting team names and choosing who will be in our group for working on robots.
